Our mission is to improve the quality of life of families that have lost a parent by providing them with financial assistance.
Our Impact:
This year, our first in operation, with the generous support of our donors, we changed the lives of four grieving families with over $70K of critical funding:
- Saved a home from Foreclosure in Wall Township
- Helped a family in Toms River rebuild from a catastrophic fire
- Provided necessities for three children (ages 8, 4, and 2) after the loss of their mother in Manasquan
- Paid college tuition and trade school for a grieving son
Criteria for Funding
- Financial need must be demonstrated through loss of the primary income, a Monmouth or Ocean County family and an income of under $125,000 a year.
- Grant requests will be screened and awarded based on need and value of the project needing funding.
- Primary funding will be donated by the Liskowitz family in memory of John Jude Liskowitz for which this organization is named after. Two (2) scholarships will be awarded in 2024, $25,000 each
